4. Payment Terms
Payment Structure:
10% Advance Payment
Required before starting work. Non-refundable once work begins.
90% Final Payment
Due upon project completion before final delivery.
All payments processed securely through PayPal. Late payments may delay or suspend your project.
5. Ownership & Intellectual Property
You Own:
After full payment (100%), you own all custom code, designs, and files created specifically for your project.
We Retain:
- Rights to frameworks and tools we used
- General methodologies and techniques
- Right to showcase project in our portfolio (with permission)
Until full payment, Harudh retains all rights to the work.
6. Limitation of Liability
Our total liability for any claims is limited to the amount you paid for the service.
We are NOT liable for indirect damages, loss of profits, data loss, or business interruption.
Services provided "as is." We will fix errors within a reasonable time after delivery.
